Another additional year to our lives is one of the best events we could celebrate with our family and friends. When organizing a birthday party for our kids, food and activities are our top priorities. We want our kids and his/her friends enjoy the food and be entertained as well. Balloon Race
This can be played both indoors and outdoors as well as by team or individual.

Mechanics of the Game:
Team Balloon Race. Divide the participants into two groups or more with 3 or more members. Place a traffic cone 5 feet away (or your desired distance) from the starting point. This will be the marked point. Each player will be given a balloon. The first player place it between his/her legs and will go over the traffic cones criss-crossed. She must reach the marked point, return to the starting point, then tag the next player. If the balloon fell or popped, the player will go back to the starting point and repeat. The first team to finish wins.
Optional Rule for Team Balloon Race: Each members should just hold the balloons. They should wait for their turn before placing it between their legs. One point will be deducted to the teams who will violate it. This rule will teach them discipline and patience.
For individual balloon race, each player will put the balloon between their legs, walk or run to the marked point, then go back to the starting line. Same with the team rules, they will repeat from the start if the balloon will fall or pop.
Your kids will surely enjoy this game. This will teach them how to figure out the best strategy to reach the marked point faster without violating the rules. An ideal game to test your kids’ patience.
Egg and Spoon Race
This can be played both indoors and outdoors.
